'Who Loves the Sun' is a group exhibition currently on display at Susanne Hilberry Gallery. The show includes the intense work of Detroit artist, Gordon Newton (pictured above). These delicate mixed media constructions appear scorched. The surprising abundance of color in these black works appear similiar to that of an oil spill on pavement.
